if you go locket then iceborn gauntlet is the best choice to finish the cdr cap, otherwise just get frozen heart

after using an ability his next AA deals bonus damage and lower all your cooldowns by 2, it's useful as fuck
Tried 5 karthus in aram, howling abyss, it's fun when people can synch, which my team couldn't do.
So instead of having a massive 5man instaburst we always had some jackass spamming his R at the worst time possible upon death.
If you're talking about the Targon Brace buildpath n' such, yeah they're pretty OP since all items in the buildpath offer such good sustain and gold income that building two of each in two different lanes nearly invalidates the need for a jungler.
I hope they run Targons into the ground just like they did with Olaf
