On the topic of Yasuo: he's not as complicated as you might think.
His ultimate and his Q are paired abilities. If you can't land his Q, which is a linear, instant, pass-through skillshot (with a slight animation delay), you won't be able to use his ultimate. His Q has an upgraded form, where it shoots a damaging whirlwind that knocks up like Janna's. Like always, the first part will be instant, but the second part travels farther. If you hit two Qs, you get to use the upgraded Q once. His ultimate can only be used on a target knocked up by an empowered Q. The ultimate will basically freeze time on the empowered Q's knockup, giving your [B]team[/B] more time to attack in a teamfight, since you will be locked in the animation for the same amount of time. Together, they have a 250% AD ratio.
His flow passive is also relatively simple, it works much like Statikk Shiv. Run around to build it up, and then if you get attacked, you gain a shield. He also gets double bonus crit chance. An optimal build to gain 100% crit chance without wasting any gold, with IE, is IE, Youmou's/Atma's, and Triforce. Obviously you'd also buy lifesteal (Bork for duelling, Hydra for lane/pushing, and BT for BALLING) and a defensive item (GA/Randuin's) plus boots (Merc's/Tabi). Of course, this is one rote way to build him focused on lategame crits.
But wait! Why get Triforce? He actually has an AP ratio on his E. His E has a very short cooldown (.5s) that gets lower by increments of 0.1s every levelup, down to (0.1s) and it lets you dash through an enemy in the same manner as Fizz, meaning you travel a set distance. However, like Jarv's passive, it marks enemies so that you can't dash through them for a set period of time. You can use it to go through an enemy for maximum gap closing, or you can use it just to catch up from as far away a distance as possible.
The damage goes up by 25% each consecutive dash and stacks up to 100% extra damage. With a 200% AP ratio at max damage, you've gained 60 extra damage with just 30 AP from Sheen. It basically spells out toplane, you just have to make sure you have one unmarked creep that you can dash through. For Sheen, this means that you have pretty much unlimited procs, especially since you can use Q (static CD of 4 at max rank) to get them as well. Triforce, of course, also gives you the other physical damage stats which work well on all bruisers.
Finally, his W blocks pretty much everything. Ranged auto-attacks (except for Kayle, probably), turret attacks, skillshot projectiles. That's pretty much all it does, but it does give you extra flow for using Q.
And yeah, that's Yasuo. Really fun, will likely be played top or jungle and in some cases mid.

It's not meant to block turret attacks, CertainlyT has said so himself and in every video I've seen showing the bug a message pops up in the game chat saying "Error: Turret Block".

Who do I go to deal with shyv? I cant think of any way to deal with her and in every game unless all the lanes get shit stomped she carry's really hard.
she can get kited really easily, slows screw her over pretty badly
just played a one for all jinx vs veigar.
it was a massacre, the little midgets just could never outrun the barrage of rockets we kept flinging at them, it was just so satisfying to see them waddle away in terror as 5 fucking ulti rockets rained down upon them.

If you're fighting against her top, Nasus, Yorick, Darius, Garen, Quinn, Kennen, Ryze and Vayne all do fairly well against her.

if it doesn't block thresh aa's it shouldn't block leona's E. It also shouldn't block viktor's laser since that isn't even a projectile
