Garen is bleh and Riven should never jungle. Ever. There is no sense in putting a hypercarry in the jungle so he can get the least possible farm, put her in a sololane, rush Hydra and enjoy snowballing.

Q slows, stuns and pulls the enemy to you, and heals you
W shields you, increases your armor, AS and MS, and silences anyone around you
E knocks enemies up, reduces their AS, taunts them, damages them and gives you passive damage reduction as well as vorpal spikes on AAs
R knocks everyone up, silences them and stuns them afterwards, as well as dealing true damage and shielding you and any allies inside the aoe. if you kill someone with the ult they're sent back to bronze V with 0 LP
