I've never found kass to be a problem, you can counter pick him with so much and you can just take tp or follow him out of lane.

Then after we've all locked in, the trios do some trading shit and first pick gets Liss. "What do you know, told you I'm mid".

Why not just dominate it with the huge amount of CC you'll have to shut down somebody while your ADC is just shitting on him.

well, to be honest kassadin is one of the hardest snowballing champions in the game. if you give him so much of a breath, a good kassadin player can seize the opportunity and quickly get ganks out of nowhere, he's one of the few champs you can buy mejai's on consistently. of course this is offset by how much of a glass cannon he is and how you can just harass him so hard he can't ever leave base, that, and, well, you can just counter pick any AD mid and he's toast.

i thought the same until I tried playing him top. it's honestly pretty good, and very fun too
Urgot has a really low win rate, but I feel like that's largely due to people trying to play him adc. i think he's a lot better in a solo lane

In all seriousness, Urgot is great as a top lane bruiser or as a jungler. Go ADish manabruiser top with Muramana and FF, or go jungle with Spole and Cleaver, then build tanky.
I main Urgot in the jungle. I go Spole --> Cleaver --> Sunfire --> Veil, and then Randuin's, FF, or Warmogs depending on their team. (though it usually never even lasts that long.)
disclaimer: This was before the preseason changes, though. I dunno how he'd be in the jungle now.

I don't understand people, I placed a vision ward in the circle brush near baron and had at least three people from the other team walkthrough it like two times each and none of them even bothered to attack it.
Like even if you didn't know about the vision ward changes, you would just inherently think to attack one when you see it right?

If I had to guess, they probably were moving around the map without following their champions.
They were setting up to do baron, I'm pretty sure you'd want to keep check on your champ while you're sweeping out the baron area.

Every time the AD Carry picks a skillshot-heavy champion I avoid picking supports such as thresh or blitzcrank specifically to avoid fucking up their combos.
