I used to get migraines a lot, and I got "black spots" on my eyes. It was really freaky, suddenly your hands were just gone and you couldnt feel them.

I'll always remember that one time where I was super tired but still decided to launch a game of LoL just before going to sleep, picked Darius, fed like an idiot for the first 15 minutes and at some point around there I sort of phased out from sleep deprivation, when I came back to consciousness my score went from 0-4 to something like 15-5 and we won.
When I'm really tired I just sort of stop giving a shit and pull off the best plays ever, because I basically just mash buttons and forget all concepts of danger and I end up handing a pentakill to my team.

2. towers would probably be removed, making blinks less critical and speed just as important

I doubt Riot's going to program many new entities just for the custom game modes
I'm gonna guess they're gonna make that hunt the Teemo shit, forgot how it works but I think it's somewhat popular.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Snowdown Showdown gamemode.
- We knew it was coming.
- It supposed to be a default gamemode.
- It was supposed to be in already.
- It was supposed to be on a different map.
They are probably gone do another 2-3 gamemodes where they play around with the quetype and map settings.
And then after that its gone be "Hey Riot, We haven't had a featured gamemode in a while"
I don't think Riot is planning to add anything too complex for custom game modes. I imagine it'll be something closer to Smite's MotD, which are just one of the regular modes, with a mod or special rule (Example: Summoner's Rift, everyone at max level, lots of gold, but random champion. dota has a pretty interesting gamemode where you all get forced to play the exact same composition as a match from a recent pro tournament
I'd love an Ultimate Bravery gamemode where everyone is given one random champion, 5 random non-duplicate items plus boots to build and a set of random masteries/runes to go with it.
Speaking of DotA 2 gamemodes, there's that interesting one where you steal items and gold on kills and another one where the more kills you get, the bigger your model is.
