You can still max W in lanes like renekton and shyvanna to stop them from just killing you so you can reach the sunfire > visage point of becoming an immovable split pushing brick. E is pretty good in lane and is afaik the normal max but Q is kinda popular for glass cannon "collect your free ADC kill every two minutes" assassin rango.

Considering they were mostly Plat 1s (iirc?) claiming to be LCS-worthy was laughable.
Most Diamond 1s aren't good enough to be in LCS, let alone Plat 1.

EUW/EUNE/TR/RU are all hosted in the same datacenter.
It doesn't matter which one you play on, when it comes down to ping.

Most of the problems are data-center problems.
All the EUW/EUNE/TR/RU servers, the twitch servers, the steam content servers.
Are located in the same DataCenter in frankfurt.
When the League of legend servers go beserk, often the twitch streams cut out too.
They are in the progress of moving to a different data-center.
