Riot isn't exactly lacking in funds, I'm pretty sure they have more that enough resources to expand and improve the servers, but they don't.

After playing tons of normals for the longest time, I finally left behind bronze today. I won my promos without a single loss! I get too much ranked anxiety after a loss and usually stop playing ranked altogether for a day or so. But I won't go anywhere if I don't play.

They nerfed Legendary guardian, but to be honest 15% CC reduction was pretty strong compared to everything else the masteries give.

Didn't they even buff the 15% Tenacity? As far as I know you'd only need 16 points in defense to get it rather than the 20 points requirement.
