its multiplicative like 35% + 15% of 35% =~ 40% [editline]5th December 2013[/editline] and the rammus nerf is too harsh, it should be 2,5 seconds at rank 5

Not to mention AP Corki is literally useless now. Was such a fun thing lol. Anywho, I think they should have reduced the base damage at all levels by 10 and added maybe a 0.5 second notifier similar to Cho'gaths Q.
