That's just how they draw women, generally speaking in a drawing if you draw anything with a really thin waist it makes the drawing a lot more dynamic.

They actually made a post about this, and they do draw what they see as "the perfect woman" (which is super thin, just look at MF's splashart). They also made up and excuse saying something along the lines that "we contort the bodies, just look when Darius ults. His arms grow 3 times larger than his whole body."

I remember having a debatte in a DOTA vs LoL Thread somewhere in News Node and they actually used the "all LoL females are sluts" as an argument to hate the game.
If anything, that's the least thing I'd complain about. Sure some people may view it as stereotypical and sexist(worst case, not saying they are) but it's not a reason to fill 4 pages in my opinion. I'm all for arguing and discussing various topics but this one just seems so unnecessary and gimmicky I cant even fathom how somebody could get riled up over it. Even if all chars have broken spines and boobs bigger than their head it's not really a reason to complain. I mean how bored do you have to be to even start going on about political correctness in a game that is literally filled with so much hate and elitism as LoL.
It's a Marketting choice in my opinion. They probably found out that they are going to reach the largest target demographic by making the chars look the way they are and thats all it is about.

Chinese artwork is hilarious, whenever I watch LPL I have to double take on malphite as it looks literally nothing like him. No skull karthus is pretty cool as well.

also i just lost a game as 17/10/7 600 ap 200 armor 100 mr diana
our taric kept going in 1v5, our top lane riven build tanky, our vi kept getting caught out and our jinx didnt speak english
granted i did make a few big mistakes that cost us but i feel like we could have won easy
