Diamond players represent the tiniest portion of LoL players in the entire community. The only smaller bracket that exists is Challenger.

If the entire community is complaining about a specific mechanic or champion it doesn't even matter what their rank is, it means there is an issue that should be solved.

Make it so her shield blocks a set amount of damage instead of scaling on AD
imo just reduce her shields scaling and MAYBE reduce a bit of her early dmg and she'll be fine

it's such a huge shield on such a low cooldown
I got an idea
Have her shield gain strength depending on how long it was off cooldown. Once you wait a time equal to the shield's cooldown without using it, it is full strength. Using it immediately after it's off cd will give a half strength shield.
I think this is a good way to hurt her durability and make her easier to punish in lane without hurting her mobility
This way she can't get tankier just from cdr.

diamond riven can outsmart every enemy with her insane mobility and thus destroy the enemy team one way or another, i think this is the only tier that her vulnerability to cc chains and high burst start to matter

idk why people have a big problem with riven, she has very clear extreme strengths and very clear extreme weaknesses, she is a high risk high reward champion and she has less counters than most champions, that shouldn't mean that it is literally unfair to pick her

I dunno why some people think that Riven is ok considering the huge problems that she has in her design and dumb things like her passive working with lifesteal and that passive in general which let her almost never deal no dmg even when shut down
