I like soraka.
But if Fiddlesticks's fear is an accurate representation of the devil's shitstained asshole then soraka's silence is the shit coming out of it.
Between that and the almost free 85 armor buffs you can give anyone, she's a fucking pain to lane against.
She's also a LOT more passive than other supports and because AD Carries are lazy shitbags they like to have everything cut out for them so they prefer when you pick a champion that can shield/heal/stun/tp/dash/act as a human shield all at once. Which is exactly why lulu is so good, by the way.
Support is really a terrible job in the sense that you pretty much have to always consider your AD Carry a spoiled brat that has some really oddly specific needs and most of the time you can't even play the support you want because he just wouldn't be adapted to the carry.

because people play her terribly just healing their teammate when it's off cooldown then literally walking back to tower so their ad carry can get zoned out

I use energy regens on Kennen every now and then. I usually only use them when there isn't really a need for hp/lvl or armor though.

its ok, out of 700 games with Kennen i got my first penta with him a few days ago, on ARAM so meh.
So many times I've gotten a quadra only to have the last guy escape with no health OR a teammate kill that person.
I once played a game where I got a Quadra and was chasing a Malphite into his base; he was nice enough to turn around and give me the Penta.
Either that or he tried to slow me but was out of range... I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say it was given to me.
How do you deal with nasus? He builds 0 attack damage and deals 800 a hit while I can't scratch him.
Yesterday this aatrox came in from nowhere and ruined 2 pentas for me in one game ;_;

Nasus eventually gains his rightful place as a god, you can't stop him.
You just need to end the game before he claims his dominion you call "Summoner's Rift".

imo diamond 2-plat 1 is decent, plat 2-5 is ok and below is shit tier

bronze is shit, silver are your average shitters, gold has people who sorta know what they're doing, plats are good, and above that you have the best

He has no significant AoE damage, so if he gets surrounded he'll have to run or get killed. His ultimate and E are far from enough to give him a pentakill in a teamfight, essentially.
Nasus is one of those champions that excel in 1v1 but immediately fall from grace in teamfights because the lack of AoE crowdcontrol means he has to cherrypick his opponents one after the other.
So in short, keep the squishiest champs in your team away from him, keep good vision on the map to avoid stumbling on him at random and always take on him with 3 or more champs.
It's a bit like Pantheon, he has the potential to

Lulu has everything you could want in a support. She only lacks healing and that's compensated by her ult and the ability to give someone a 700 damage shield that scales massively with her AP.

montecristo is terrible at the game afaik but hes one of the best analysts i know
on the contrary a lot of the pro players dont even look up new champion's ability or patch logs
mechanics/experience doesnt have to be paired with good knowledge about the game
