No, he doesn't. He has good sustain and nice damage especially with ult
He actually beats most champions top. I play him almost every day, I know my shit

Never had trouble farming my Q top lane with Nasus, Nasus is pretty tanky so you can usually just shrug off anything being poked at you and just smack minions in the face with your Q then go back, rinse and repeat. With your wither and shit, I found people to actually run away from me if I get close to smack minions in the face because they're scared I'll slow them to hell and back and just smack them in the face instead.

The euw lag is happening to many people, just a short freeze. Has only happend to me twice in five games. Theres server maintenence tomorrow though

With Nasus you're better off getting one point in Q and maxing W and E for the utility and shred. In the jungle at least. I think that probably applies to top too, since you can still farm it fine with one point.

I think they should give it Pseudo-random distribution.
You still have X% chance of procking it, but each time it doesn't proc, the chance grows until it actually does, then it resets.

It's likely that it could be something on your end such your router or modem. I get lag issues too and it seems that whenever my sister is on the ps3 while Im in a game on the network, my router log shows this error that ends up dropping the connection every 5 seconds and reestablishing it. I end up seeing my ping go as high 16000 on one occasion, but it gets frustrating since I know have the right amount of bandwidth to play league while watching netflix and downloading a couple steam games simultaneously.
