is mordekaiser even viable anymore? yeah yeah hue numero uno and shit but he seems like an outdated champ
He's still a walking wall of destruction. Like... the Darius of AP.
he can be okay but laning is horrid with him.
He's pretty op on aram though

I wreck almost everyone in laning :(
If people are smart and constantly auto-attack you, you're gonna have a bad time. Same goes with if they dodge your E or decide to gank.
He get's abused too much in lane I feel and his ult doesn't do much damage until level 2 (the dot is like 12 each tick?).
That all being said, though. Mid to Late game? Oh baby that damage.

I assume hes not popular because he has no escape, is fairly short ranged and youre expected to lean towards damage over tankiness. Also spell vamp nerfs.
[QUOTE=ZestyLemons;40671732]Shield that you will forget to use everytime[/QUOTE]
Shield that will more often than not make up the health difference between RoA and Seraphs
You build Rylai's for the constant applied slow, Liandry's which is reapplied constantly with poison & does full damage with Rylais.
Get a Flask and you've already got something way better than the Catalyst passive (which has been nerfed to hell)
The only people that should get RoA are people that don't want to charge tear or know they'll forget to use the shield.
[editline]17th May 2013[/editline]
Tear + Giant's Belt + Flask is also much cheaper than RoA and will build into better Singed items.

3 seconds of shield doesn't really make up for the lost health, and you really aren't making the most of Seraph's passive if you're building Rylai/Liandry instead of mana.
It doesn't matter if they don't synergize perfectly with Seraph's. They synergize perfectly with Singed.
Eh, that's a fair point.
[editline]16th May 2013[/editline]
Doesn't hurt to give it a try I guess
Did everyone just buy PAX Sivir?

If it helps any, that's InvertedComposer's main build now
I would probably consider him the most Singed obsessed player ever
[editline]17th May 2013[/editline]
I've used it a bunch to great effect, your poison absolutely murders with that build.
Just wondering, what are some good champions with a low-medium IP price range? I don't really wish to buy RP.
[QUOTE=Fancy Cakes;40669298]I love Tyrant Swain[/QUOTE]
i started playing Swain shortly after it went to 1350, I really regret not getting it before then. hopefully dragon master swain comes out eventually though
seriously i've gotten a huge swain boner the last week or so
he's just so good
i feel like lissandra should be built with roa zhonyas and abyssal, am i silly for thinking this?
Don't bother rushing RoA or Tanky AP items. Abuse the fact that you have a free Zhonya's, get an actual Zhonya's, and use the rest of the slots for AP focused items.
CDR is tricky on her. I think you should at least get a Chalice, but the rest of the CDR might need to come from blue or runes/masteries. Seraphs and Liandrys are awesome on her, then you're going to want Rabadon's and probably Void. There's not much room for another CDR item, unless you got the CDR boots.
[editline]17th May 2013[/editline]
RoA might work if your team lacks some sort of tanky initiation, but ideally you should have other people initiate for you. If you're stuck as the initiator for whatever reason, RoA could be good
How do you guys feel about Morellonomicon? I feel like it works REALLY well if you go top as an AP bruiser against someone with large sustain like Nasus or Trundle, but I'm not sure if it's worth giving up a slot.
Same goes for Unholy Grail. It's great if you're in sustained fights where blue's regen isn't enough, but I'm still not sure it's worth a slot.
Morellonomicon is pretty underrated but it's better suited to champs with AoE
"I am sutort" - Flash/Ignite Kassadin.
Oh boy... Gonna be one of those games. :v

Swain and Morde are my go-to ap top bruisers. :v: aoe everywhere
Played 2 champs that I almost never play: Swain and Nocturne. Won both games, woot.

i figure because of her shortish range it may be wise
for some reason I always do great as Rumble whenever I get him in an aram, but I do awfully in normals :(

Cho'Gath: a bit outdated, but still a boatload of fun. He's also very flexible as far as builds and roles go. He puts out solid damage, is very tanky, and is a giant monster. He's best in top-lane, mid-lane, or the jungle.
Malphite: banned in just about every draft pick, and for good reason. He can counter a huge number of common top lane picks, and his initiation combo is among the best in the game, if not [I]the[/I] best. He's great at top lane, in the jungle, or even as an off-beat (but effective) support.
Nunu: Ultra cheap, and extremely flexible. One of the best counter-junglers in the game (and extremely safe even if you don't intend to counterjungle much), and also a great support champion. Top-lane Nunu was pretty brutal (and still might be), but he's getting cut down a bit in the newest patch to try and assert him more firmly as a jungler and support champion.
Blitzcrank: Most at home as a support champion, but he's one of those supports you'd be silly not to have. I'm sure you're familiar with how painful his grab is.
blitz is also banned in about every draft pick
Annie, Garen, Nunu, Kayle, Cho'Gath, Singed and Taric are all great, low-price picks in my opinion.
They're all pretty basic, but heavily effective at what they do.
P.S. Stay away from Warwick currently. He's a sad shell of his former self and desperately in need of love, and this comes from a big Warwick fan.
y'all niggas need to quit saying shit's terrible just cos it aint popular
sivir is fine the only thing she needs is a little QoL love
