i wonder if you can just sit outside the boss room with guppy's head and 9 volt and just spam flies then walk into the boss room and one shot him with flies

I can't believe there's no spider transformation I guess because most spider items don't share similar theme (wig, box of spiders), but it still bothers me.

Is it just me or is the haunt a bit of a bullshit boss to get on the first floor. If you're to his left or right he'll charge at high speeds and if you're below him he fires a near instant brimstone attack.

If you wait for him to get far enough away, you can plant a bomb and run away, and he will get stuck on the bomb and take damage from it. He also attacks in a pattern. He doesn't attack randomly, and he gives a brief warning before his attack fires. He literally slides back and forth fixed on a single wall and is a pattern boss he's not that difficult and I don't understand how anyone could ever find him to be a challenge. I'm always glad when I have to fight the haunt instead of some fat sack of bullshit like fucking Peep.

They're legit unavoidable damage if you're not on an OP run, either popping up inside of you, or instantly appearing next to you and doing an instant triple shot in your face. Why did they even have to be changed? Their original mechanic of hiding from you and shooting if you got too close was unique. I really hope they fix that because it's pretty much my only complaint with the game right now. Seriously, everything else in the game I can deal with but if I'm not on a run that lets me super fast kill enemies from far away, they're gonna hurt me.

Did they fix exit/continue exploit for spawning items?

holy absolute shit, [sp]mega satan[/sp] is awesome. i haven't beaten him yet but i got pretty far in and it's such a cool and fun fight. 10 out of fucking 10.

Killed [sp]Mega Satan[/sp] without any damage-ups. Too bad there's no achievement for that.

This may sound crazy, but does anyone think there are way too many fucking items? I've had runs where I manage to get all the way t the Depths without picking up a single health upgrade because of the sheer amount of items i the boss pool to choose from. I like the variety but I also like being able to play.

I also just have a strong feeling this game fucking hates me. For example, during Solar System, I will get every single Tears up upgrade. In the Tank, I'll get every health upgrade. IN something like Headtrauma where health or tears would bea wesome, I get Paegant boy.

Playing as [sp]The Lost[/sp] sure makes your hate life.

I know stuff like Bob's Brain and Orbiting Tears are strong contenders for worst item but I give Paegant Boy worst cause it's almost insulting. Like you could give me literally nothing and I'd be less dissapointed than wasting my boss drop on 5-6 pennies.

Well, just beat my first Rebirth run on my first try! [t]http://i1056.photobucket.com/albums/t377/Zeavan/Stuff/2014-11-12-173956_zps7e906252.jpg[/t] MVPs goes to all the syringes that got me jacked up, Goat Head for all the Black Hearts, Mom's Wig for the spider buddies, all those half holy hearts I scooped up to take the devil deals that got me Dark Bum and Ceremonial Robes, and lastly Chocolate Milk with a hint of Mom's Perfume. Now to beat it dozens more times with everyone :v:

Man, I thought "Head Trauma" was the biggest ass pain, but "Solar System" looks like it might be it. Not sure why that one needs to go all the way to the Womb? I think it needs a patch, because right now getting all the way to the Womb like that is exceedingly frustrating alone, but having to also deal with the fact that you're highly likely to get DMG or Tear upgrades (i,e purely useless) thruoghout the bosses is just sadistic.

I just hope the devs see my email and fix the fact that his laser can't hurt enemies clinging to the top wall, such as spiders or mom's door. Also, I've noticed wall spiders on the side have their hit boxes inverse of what they should be. You have to hit them directly center, but if you're beside them you can shoot in front of them and still damage them. Should be flipped around to actually match to their body.

Maybe that's intentional. Its a pretty small complaint but its still something I wish I had when I was doing Solar System

Tears Up would probably be most fitting, since you'd be a little emotional if you won something, even if Father Carpenter took you into his office afterwards. Though when you think of it that way, it'd probably be Tears Up +2.

If I can fly I just go to the side like you siad, far less damaging

brimstone and blind wall spiders are a pain in the butt I heavily dislike them and walking hosts

I always take a hit from a Boomerang boy and the Walking Host are just this awful game of waiting. Orbiting Tears and a room full of Walking Hosts or Knights I just bomb the doors. Less painful.
