I was disappointed when I found R U A Wizard with 20-20 but instead of constantly having both eyes firing cockeyed it alternated as if Isaac were just turning his head at 45 degree angles the whole time.

Same goes with Chemical Peel, I was expecting one of the two tears to be affected by Peel but all it does is alternate.

You can use seeds to unlock him excluding Ezezlel's death which has to be in a seedless run.

yeah ludo basically removes the exploding effect of ipecac, you just have a poisonous floating tear

i was loving my ipecac run and thought the ludo synergy would be insane but it kinda fell flat

So about 2 days ago I had my most brokenly OP run ever. Let me put it this way: Triple Shot + Brimstone + Money is Power + 99 cents for the latter half of the game + 10x lives + more soul hearts than necessary + Night Shade + pretty fly + cube of meat + ball of bandages + goat head + mask of infamy + pyro + (1+1) + so many other items I mean goddamn was I ever powerful.

As Lazarus. I literally killed everything in my run that I could shoot.

Heck, after I killed Satan I went back and purposely cleared all of Sheol, and I CAME OUT WITH MAX HEALTH. Best run I've ever had.
