To add to this, a good strategy when you get to mom is to stand just to the side of one of the doors, amass tears, then unleash them as soon as that door opens. You just might need to move quickly if a smaller enemy starts approaching.
Tried doing suicide king today. Nabbed myself a fuckton of money early on due to a lucky womb-secret room and a temperance card, throw swallowed penny into the mix for more dosh. Stacked myself with Holy Mantle, Dead Dove, Sacred Heart. Picked up Bob's Brain because why not I was having a good time. Shoop-da-Whoop was tearing through bosses and applied poison damage as well. Died at Isaac but thankfully I still had my revive so I had a few seconds to bumrush him with explosions while the Polaroid protected me and took off the last of his health.
Hit a few keys in a circular motion to celebrate a job well done.

Tried waka waka. I got like 2 damage 5 fire rate upgrades by the end of depths 1, and now spew an absolutely hilariously large amount of tears per second in a path.

Dunno if this was posted already,AVOID picking up Cricket's head when you are doing Suicide King challenge because it will raise self damage from half to 1,this can ruin your run easily.
How the hell are you supposed to dodge Dark One/Adversary's brimstone attack
It just appears from nowhere and it fucked me over from getting Dead Boy achievement (which I should already have because it was bugged)
on the other had, I didn't expect homing brimstone to be THIS good. Shame brim and 20/20 don't stack

For Dark one, always be on left or right side of him. He only shoots brimstone either up or down.
For Adversary, just constantly change your position up/left/down/right or something like that and you should be mostly fine(spiders can easily fuck up your momentum and his slam attack could make him position awkwardly).
Beat suicide king on my 3rd try
I got the woop woop spinny tears worm at the start which makes the tears not come back at you so it was a breeze, easier than most runs
I died stupidly in Basement 2 having Mom's Knife so I'm like "I'm restarting until I get mom's knife in treasure room >:("
it took 6 restarts
I think this might be the lowest damage you can possibly have...

stay close to him and run rings round him, your speed needs to be decent too
Beaten the suicide king,with magic fingers it became so trivial because of how much damage it just dealt.

Magic Fingers is so OP when you have Ipecac,beaten Satan in a matter of seconds by spamming it,also got Dark Boy in the process,i could've get Mama's boy if only i didnt stand still next to the eye.

Longest run I ever had and I still beat the [sp]???[/sp]
I know it's a really small thing, but I really hate how Small Rock makes your tears red now instead of rock colored gray like in the flash version.
Especially when I heard maxing out your damage doesn't make your tears red anymore before release so I was stoked for some rock shooting action(fucking rock maxed out your damage most of the time in the flash version so you rarely had your tears gray with it)

at the end you can see how their shots sync, then I just used that as an advantage v:v:v

After a few failed attempts at Solar System, I decided to give it another go.
Got a satan room in the caves, and there was brimstone.

Nope. Might as well restart. Decided not to, even though it's probably a waste of time.

Instantly killed everything in every room from then on. I picked up brimstone baby too because hell, why not?
The worst part of losing Suicide King the way I did was that I had done a clutch win against Isaac while streaming.
My chat was congratulating me for having pulled a victory out of my ass. But it wasn't for 30 seconds that they would see that the victory would get shoved right back in there. You know that death animation that Isaac does where he clutches his head and falls over? I basically did that and my stream got silent for 5 minutes with an occasional "fuck" muttered under my breath.
I could've dealed with that sort of failure being kept to myself but goddamn I had to be an idiot in front of a handful of people. At least they were good sports about it. I chugged another bottle and tried a few more times before calling it a night with no success. Hangover attempt #1 coming right up.
