The farthest I've gotten in the original Isaac is The Catacombs. Do you think I'd get anything out of Rebirth if I've not managed to get past that point?

If, however, you just felt like items weren't helpful and you didn't want to keep playing for something good then I'd recommend it. A lot of sub-par items were made useful, and experimenting can lead to some very unique and useful synergies.

Beans! is such a fucking pain with Mom. Ran out of bombs by the time I reached her. Also, Guppy's Corpse is sometimes a horrible idea to pick up.

Does pyromaniac(Not the 99 bombs) make you invincible to explosions? I had ipecac and tammys head, and I couldn't do self damage after I got it.

does guppy collar actually revive you or is it a clever ruse

I had this eden run where i started with D6, humbling bundle and cancer. Yea ok game.

Just had the best fucking run Azeral+Tiny Planet+Tammy's Head+That angel room item that gives DMG up and homing tears Enter room, press R, one hit everything One hit every boss including [sp]Issac[/sp]

Another day, another strange run. In these before pics, I had a high-Tears Anti-Gravity build. Not quite unlike those large scared grey spiders that scurried away to protect the young they were carrying. Sadly I perished in a darkened Womb I, regardless of the Wafer I had on me.

Am I the only one who legitimately dislikes both of the ramming-related star sign items? The inability to shoot has led to my death many times because I don't get to take advantage of the invuln and contact damage in time, and the one that only adds speed-related contact damage and nothing more seems utterly pointless.

Taurus is a great item. Aries is basically a speed up item with a borderline useless addition, trash compared to other star signs, but could be worse otherwise.

Oh man I wished I remembered what cursed eye did when I picked it up. Was still able to win but man it made every room much more tense since I didn't want to get teled.

You need to beat Satan and Isaac 5 times each to unlock the ability to get TO them, though.

Azazel is really OP
