Fucking hell. I broke the game. Was playing Azaezel and had Tech and Ludivoco for rape circle of death, an ended up going to Sheol to push my luck. I've unlocked Judas but I don't have It Lives! yet.

Sounds like something straight out of Doom. :v: It's a shame they didn't go for something more melodic for the other songs, I really hate the Catacombs one, quite disappointed since it was one of my favourites in the original game.

Doing the BASE MENT seed is surprisingly fun on [sp]the Lost.[/sp] All that power that can be gone in a moment's notice makes for interesting gameplay because you have to be careful despite the huge power you can get, and it's harder to build up that power in the first place. It's also far less bullshit than normal [sp]Lost[/sp] gameplay.

Then I decided I'd just unlock everything else until I tried getting the lost. [sp]It's a hell of a lot easier to unlock if you play on normal[/sp] Also, seeds produce different results if you change the difficulty.

The worst part about [sp]The Lost[/sp] is the numerous runs where your first item is something that procs upon being hit. STOP GIVING ME LIFE SAVINGS AND DEAD BIRD

fucking blue baby go in with 5hp and it's going super well, only took a couple hits before and he is really low 3rd stage and he just teleports into me 3 times and kills me what the fuck why

Have I ever told you about our Lord and Savior the Slot Machine? After two consecutive floors of that curse that makes your health bar invisible, I arrived to the Chest as Eve and saw I only had 2 Soul Hearts left. I only got shitty spacebar items with the 2 keys I had (Monstro's Tooth, the Bean or something like that, I had the Satanic Bible), so I thought my run had already finished, having soy milk and a couple of damage upgrades that barely did anything but a bunch of familiars doing all the work for me, including Dry Baby, Lil Brimstone, half a Bandage girl and a Rainbow Baby. After 6 or 7 rooms I had a single soul heart left, but to my surprise all the next room had was a Slot Machine surrounded by rocks. I had like 30 coins left, so I decided to try my luck. I got out of that room with a full health bar of soul and black hearts due to the soul hearts the machine kept throwing at me and the 3 48 hour energy pills I got, and a full halo of 3 flies. With the keys I had I got the Leech and something else from the other chest I can't remember now, but I could defeat [sp]???[/sp] without losing more than 5 hearts for the rest of the run.

Managed to get Ipecac as well as the item that rebalances all your stats. Traded off something for MAX FIRE RATE. Meaning I was a fucking hellfire volley of death from above and poisonous mortars. I basically carpet bombed Satan in 30 seconds.

I really dislike how the Womb/Utero's everything-does-atleast-1-heart-of-damage system is just there to drain health. Really saps the fun out of somewhat fair runs. I feel like I only get on to stages past that if I'm blatantly OP as shit or lucky. [sp]Or Azazazaz[/sp] Despite stages past it doing the same thing, I actually find Sheol way easier because cheap shit isn't plinking off my hearts every other room.

Thats my one gripe with myself, not necesarrily the game. when I win, I find it's because I was OP as hell, not because I was good at the game. :v: I'm never going to clear the Lost. Although I did end up beating ???? on the last game so I don't know.

True platinum god is platinum god with the lost and the items it unlocks.

I never beat Dante Must Die mode so that's kinda the same deal also RIP Fetus in a Jar, absolute god tier in standard BOI, pretty nerfed hard in rebirth

I noticed I get faster and faster after entering a room before suddenly going invincible, but I guess it's not based off a timer but rather a certain speed level, so speed up pills make you reach it faster lol. That's an odd way of handling that.

I don't mind doing a run with no keys, no bombs, no spacebar item, and one heart as long as I have decent damage. Low damage means more time fighting enemies, which means more opportunities to fuck up, which means bashing my head against the wall as I suffer a slow, inevitable demise from losing half a heart in every other room.
