Bob's brain is such an awful item to find in normal mode but then when you find it during challenges where you can't cry is such a sweet relief

Whats the fastest way to break the game inside & out I'm trying to get meat boy and bandage girl by having monster manuel infinite uses- by restarting until I get Isaac's Heart first item, then looking for sharp plug in the shops. Any other methods?

I had a level 3 Meat Boy today and when I got to Womb it gave me Conquest instead of Death. So close and yet so far...

Plus Ludovico Technique is a great item and stacks well with damage upgrades, I don't really see what you're complaining about. It's not like you were enjoying the splash damage from Cricket's Body much anyway if you had penetrating tears.

Epic fetus is a great item with damage upgrades, but it renders a lot of other items ineffective

Anyone wants a seeded run where you get D100 right at the beginning? YF2S 644Q Dunno if the rolls are randomized or remain the same.
