Oh, turns out there is no achievement for avoiding damage on the Cathedral, it's just for the Chest ([sp]or Dark Room[/sp]), which I already did like a week ago. Oops. Found out by loading the game back up and it turned out I'd accidentally save cheated when I pressed alt F4 angrily as I died in that last run. Pulled the card throw off this time and checked the wiki and yeah. OOPS.

Mascara is a pretty cool item, but then I realize it's just a shittier Sacred Heart which is still cool but not as cool

I think Family Man would be a totally reasonable challenge if you just started with another familiar. I still haven't beaten it, but the only runs where I get close are the ones where I'm lucky enough to find more familiars.

I've beaten Family Man challenge with only the 3 base familiars, flying from Fate, blank card and that rune that gives 1 soul heart and removes curses. Everything else was health up or completely useless. It took 27 years to finish it and I only had half an heart left at the end. I'd lie if I told you it wasn't satisfying, but goddamn it was boring as fuck until the Isaac fight. Fuck everything about that challenge Although damage up scales with Zombie baby so there's that

It's like.. cheating, only that it renders the difficulty level of using the Lost within human boundaries and circumvents the telefragging (edmund telefragging fix when?) and avoid resetting your game 999 times until you find holy mantle as your first item in basement 1. I have yet to unlock the lost at all. Too much trouble, considered it needs to be done i none sitting. Plus I still have to finish all hard mode with ???.
