When I tried to unlock the Lost, my Judas ended up becoming incredibly op as well.
By the time Mom finally managed to kill me, Mom herself died at the exact same time. Thank god I died though, since I didn't know you could use seeds, and I would have had to start all over looking for another god damn mulliboom.

I solved the problem by getting myself down to one health via fire before entering since the stomp is always the first attack.
Did the slow roll challenge, pretty fun. I got guppy's head in my first devil room, and since flies scale with your damage, my flies one shotted everything, even some bosses:v:
I finally figured out the trick to beating family man: get really fucking lucky. That's finally done.

Mainly thanks to humbling bundle, 3 pretty flies, guardian angel, and fate. I actually got Bob's brain in Womb II, I think I could have won even without it.
I feel like for warmup for the lost I should clear DMC3 on Dante must die then do a little DArk Souls Soul Level 1 then drill a hole through one of my legs or something

it's pretty garbage on its own without remote detonator or pyromaniac and even then it's really tedious cause it does so little damage, it's on my list of items to never pick up
Well fucking finally beat the lost after 100+ tries. Now for the even more bullshit task of making meat boy and bandage girl.
Re-rolled Technology 2 into Mom's Knife on Basment 1. This gonna be good.

Dr Fetus was good in the original game because it did insane amounts of damage, and it was balanced by the fact that self harm was still a thing. In Rebirth they kept the self-harm...but made it do piss poor damage. So it's generally garbage.
ALSO: It doesn't seem to count damage upgrades you earned BEFORE you pick it up, only AFTER...so that's fun. (It's not.)

guh been trying to find Sacred Heart for ages, going into an Angel Room, bombing the statue, re-rolling both items, taking a 48 hour energy, re-rolling both another few times over and over and still hasn't shown up

Finally beat the Chest with lost. Was on another run when I was about to beat boss rush. Backed into red poop on one of the very last waves and died....................

Holy shit did I get lucky! Found a quarter on Floor 1 and got PHD, meaning it was smooth sailing from there on out.
Expected this to beone of the nightmare challenges but incredible luck means I knocked it out on attempt #4.
