All stats ups are great tho
There should be a single use dice, but it allows you to pick any item you want.
So if your run is missing that one item for an interesting synergy, you can get it. Or if your run is nothing but boring stat ups, you can get something like Ludovico or Monstros lung to spice up the gameplay.
Awesome. I kind of want to help, but it looks loke you drew everything already
Also, only the meat boy and bandage girl achievements left. After reading this I'm considering just cheating them somehow. It's just not worth my time.
I accidentally skipped ahead to Sheol after I used a joker card and ended up beating Satan.
I've only beaten Mom's Heart 4 times. Have I fucked up the order of the endings?
Man, angel rooms never give me items anymore. Just soul hearts.
You know, I don't know if I've said this before, but if you have the Petrified Poop trinket, then use A Card Against Humanity in a large square room, the synergy is amazing. Shit is SO cash, and lovely too, though it's even better if you have the means with which to cash shit in and make the most of all those red hearts.
Also in my current Eve run, I dunno how it happened, but I got two Dollars from two separate machines... I seriously need to cash these 99 cents in, or at least find some way to get Money = Power for maximum Eve swag. Feeling well and confident about this run thanks to the 20/20 glasses, but I better not screw it up.
even if you don't have the petrified poo, dropping acah in a large room will nearly guarantee you get one
Well that was a rather successful run.

Never expected to make it down to Sheol with Eve, but then I found a 6 point Dice Room and...

Guys...

What have I become...
Also somehow I achieved Dead Boy. If only I had shown what my barrage of tears looked like, but the item list should indicate miracles beyond belief.
needed some shit done as blue baby, rolled this seed
E42R BT46
not gonna spoil anything huge but open the gold chest on the first floor

Wouldn't such an item make the game super easy? Sure, there are powerful items but that is straight up godmode.

I feel the item would be more interesting and balanced if, instead of just having a radius, it inflicted a fear affect in the direction you are looking within a certain radius.
Are you supposed to beat Mom within 90 minutes of first playing the game?
I had this god like remote controlled tear with 3 buddies. I literally always picked up the evil items and such. Not to mention the 25 flies I had for MoM.
Just wondering cause I've seen people waste so many hours on this game but is there more then just beating mom?
Congratulations, you've just beat 8% of the game.

I think i'm being generous here.
Man, angel rooms never give me items anymore. Just soul hearts.
Angel rooms only seem to give something good if my run is shit, if I'm having a run any better than OK then I just get soul hearts and eternal hearts.
I feel like soul hearts and eternal hearts should be a random pickup in the angel room alongside an item, most of the time if you get an angel room the last thing you need is more hearts.

I'm trying to find a good balance for it. The original item from Community Remix had a small chance to inflict fear on all enemies after every kill. It was really bad. Permanent fear aura isn't as overpowered as it sounds because there are still a lot of enemies that still attack you when scared (for instance spiders just don't give a shit), and you can also be attacked by enemies outside of the fear radius. The only problem is that it completely disables some bosses, and overall it's not very fun.

Funny you mentioned that, I actually tried it at some point. It didn't really change it much though.
To be honest fear is a pretty boring status effect and I'm trying to come up with something a bit more interesting so if you have any suggestions, they'd be really welcome.

How overpowered would a charm aura be?
On a serious note, a flaming aura would be pretty neat.

maybe make it like the broken watch, where there is a chance it works in a room?

Supernova
i want an item that allows you to survive like 30 seconds after dying, so that if you die against ??? or something you still have a chance to win
Lazarus rags does that I think
You are reborn as Lazarus II tho, so kiss your achievement goodbye
Lazarus rags does that I think
May as well be half a heart if you're in the lategame though.
Trying to build a super meat boy / bandage girl sucked all the fun out of the game for me

Imagine trying to make both of them while playing as the Lost on hardmode.
No death could save you from that eternal suffering.
This just happened.

I just had a perfect and really easy run. I got these two items:
Unicorn Stump and E Coli.
The tactic was the following:
1) Enter room
2) Activate Unicorn Stump (Gains invulnerability)
3) Run around like a maniac, touching every enemy (Turning them into poop)
4) Watch Unicorn Stump activate again - Move to next room.

this was a really good run
Beat family man on my second try lol
I beat it on my first, just abused the shit out of rotten baby's flies

Rotten baby is seriously the key to winning that challenge I swear.
