Ive finally done it,96 hours+time spent playing offline(>10(?)),not fully legit(im sorry for this).
I had Gnawed Leaf, Demon Baby and the Leech as the Lost, only to miss the boss rush by 2 seconds...

Got the Knife & Sacred Heart in one run and used it to unlock Godhead. Straight after this I start an Eden game and start with it. This game just keeps giving today.

Just had an amazeballs run. Lots of damage ups + death touch + cricket body + monstro's lung oh god. Missed guppy by one item, even had BFF in anticipation. I can't imagine how much those bastards would hurt.

in the character selection screen, does the star icon in the middle of the 'ending' icons mean you beat mega satan?
because i have a star for isaac and eden but i only beat mega satan once?
Star is the boss rush isnt it?

I am a bit miffed that there is more or less no recognition for beating Mega Satan.
does this game break your keyboard at times? sometimes when I launch it, my keyboard goes unresponsive for as long as the game is running. pressing f will spam f after a few seconds of delay, etc. I have a K95 RGB

Got a lucky floor 1 Book of Revelations. Felt like today was the time to finally get that achievement. And I did get it, the stars aligned to give me 4 of the same horseman drop without conquest, headless horseman, or double-trouble screwing me over. Problem is that I already had made a bandage girl, fuck you game.
Does anyone know if Double shot and Ludo interact? Two tears floating around would be dope.
Edit: Yep, it does. That Lost run was pretty promising, if a trite on the carrion queen stage didn't jump across literally the entire map and hit me. -475 streak, we have come.
Nah ludo syncs with multishots. You just get more tears orbiting around the tear you control

if it changes the way your tear gets fired it generaly doesn't synergize see double shot, mutant spider, brimstone, monstro's long etc; there's some exceptions like brimstone+ludovico[/QUOTE]
Monstro's Lung and 20/20 are the only things you listed that don't synergise with others. Brimstone, technology and the like are all effected by mutant spider and inner eye, and ludovico works with all 3 shot-count increasers.
Brimstone/ludovico/mutant spider (or inner eye) is still not a combo that works properly, though.
I'm really starting to wonder if I will ever finish Boss Rush with the Lost. I've had Brim+Tammy's head, Ludo, Guppy, a ton of overpowered things, and I've always gotten hit by the stupidest and most random things and failed.
On an unrelated note, I really hope Edmund never puts in a champion Larry Jr. that makes red poops.

On new years eve, me and my friend played Rebirth coop while we were pretty drunk. We got some pretty good items and eventually lost to Bloat because we weren't very good at dodging at that point. :v:

I've managed to No Hit the Womb countless times, but the Depths/Necropolis always fuck me over no matter how overpowered my character is, or even if i play super safe. Fucking spiders...

My entire body is shaking. After 600 runs, I finally beat boss rush with The Lost.
I didn't know a game could do this to me, I feel like I'm going to throw up from relief.

I just got The Ludovico Technique and Parasite in a run. A controllable tear that shoots multiple tears while it's damaging something :v:
