He's currently adding items from Community Remix to the game, along with new ones of his own design, to create what I can only assume is going to be a modpack that adds new content. (Last I heard of it, he's now on a team working on "The Binding of Isaac: Rewritten" which is basically full of Community Remix Devs.) So it's gonna be great.

I don't know why but the devil room seems to always be broken when I play as The lost. Like I always get the same stuff and run out of the devil room pool way to fast. Like this current run i'm doing the only devil room items he had was Guppy's head, The Book of Sin and Brother Bobby. Then he gave me sad onion and now only giving milk. Only 3 evil room items and his pool is dead already. I hope my game isn't bugged.

At least the current run I'm doing now gave me Death Touch as my first Item room item.

Hi, so i just unlocked the godhead, and i wanted to see what secrets i had left. turns out it was only no damage in the depths and kill the lamb as judas. But here comes the weird part. i have done everything with all characters on hard. Is this a bug or do i need to kill the lamb again? because it's the only two secrets i have left for platinum god :/ Edit: No problems i just killed the lamb again with judas and now it unlocked. Weird that i didn't get it the first time :s

Doing another lost run and I see Isaac's heart...I wonder if I should bother picking it up.

So no cellar, catacombs, or necropolis deaths will count. Only basement, caves, and depths.

I guess that Jera + Blank Card can be a killer combo in a room full of drops. Man, imagine that combo with the Card Against Humanity + Petrified Poop combo. The synergy would be truly sickening.

But it does function as a damage up, if you happen to have any items that scale with your damage such as attack flies/spiders, Magic Fingers, etc.

I tried 5-6 times to get it, seemingly meeting all requirements, but it never fully worked for me until i did a run with no alternate floors. Nobody was ever able to tell me anything else I was doing wrong.

So hold on to that jera and blank card for the chest. And for the love of god if you get a battery drop there, make sure to dupe it. Make a ton of batteries and dupe enough chests to get a monster manuel. Then use the battery hoard to spawn familiars until you get meat boy and bandage girl. You will thank yourself in the future when you realize how awful trying to get these two is.

you don't really need a tell though? he only brimstones in cardinal directions, when you pass those directions you should be ready for the brimstone

Krampus only has this "endurance" difficulty, meaning the longer you're fighting him the more likely you will get hit, evading his attacks is really easy

I don't like how common Krampus is now. Running into him at times when I want a devil room item is terrible.

Man, abaddon is such a no brainer, especially if there are more good stuff in the devil room Pick the rest, then pick abaddon and enjoy half a HP meter of black hearts

I still legit think my game is bugged. I shouldn't be getting Guppy's Head and The Book of Sin every fucking time for my first Devil room. It's driving me crazy. It seems to be a bug or something with The Lost. I just did an eden run and got something different.

Motherfucker I thought halo gives +1 dmg up, when it is actually 0.3 I died because I had dick all damage, and I wondered why the whole run

Without the Blank Card Jera is literally only useful once.

To be fair, I've had runs where I got 3 or 4 jeras on a single floor and it completely turned the run around every time. But I don't really think that's a bad thing. The game is designed to give you crazy and unique scenarios as often as possible, and jera does a great job of generating those scenarios.
