Maybe it makes you fart coins? That would make it almost useless on its own. However it could make bad gas pills spawn a coin, it could make explosive diarrhea leave a trail of coins, it would synergy perfectly with the bean and black bean... and with a lot of items having unique synergy effects in rebirth, maybe it would make "the poop" spawn golden poops. Considering it's a joke item that a lot of people get rid of quickly or reroll with the D6, it could be a pretty rare but extremely rewarding combination.

Of these items, Iron Bar is the only one we know the mechanics of without having seen the Iron Bar itself lodged into Isaac's head. An assortment of new enemy types that we don't see for long enough to even guess a pattern. Among them are bats, Ghosts, those melty-face guys we saw in the PAX stream, a new boss that appears to be in the Depths, and Mom's foot being severed from the rest of her. A playing card that looks like it's from a TCG like Magic, can't really tell much else about it. Treasure Map appears next to the map to remind you that you have it, as well as something that I could only guess is the compass but maybe not. iunno I still think the halloween trailer takes the cake on eerieness. I thought this one was just funny to watch. Though the very last part before the logo was pretty unsettling. Also it looks like there's another version of Monstro that shoots out brimstone beams.

It's a stationary boss. If anything, the visuals tell me that enemy is the Carrion King.

Actually now that I pause and look at it, there seems to be a set of eyes inside it's mouth after it fires it's beam.

Fucking loved that trailer. Also that room at :45 + :49 must be the new Cathedral. Looks pretty badass.

I'm actually a bit surprised that late-game floors are being used in the trailer considering they're a bit of a spoiler for people who haven't played the game yet. Although given the game's target demographic, that's a small subset of the potential playerbase. And on the flipside it functions well as a non-spoiler spoiler for a newcomer, as each time they finish the game they'll recall that they haven't yet seen those mysterious floors yet, hopefully spurring them to press onward. Also as far as content goes, neither Ed nor Tyrone have gotten Platinum God yet, and they know all of the game's secrets already. They estimated 500 hours to reach Platinum God; but then again, Edmund expected the Chest to be a secret for a few months instead of the week it actually took.

My only question is what the hell that faceless person could possibly be in the trailer. It's gotta be the final boss for the floor after Sheol that we were supposed to be getting.

It's probably just ID being creepy again like always to be honest. He did the same thing at the end of the original Binding of Isaac trailer, showing some freakish monster that wasn't actually [del]in the game[/del] a boss. Idk but I doubt it's the final boss at the very least since Edmund no doubt wants that to be a secret for now.
