Also a little note in the video, the mushrooms both dropped pills when destroyed, so I'm just gonna assume like the bomb rocks they have a chance to drop pills when destroyed.

I'm going to assume Mega Maw is that boss in the trailer that fires a giant curving blood beam and also appears to have something living in it. Either that or it's was a deceased version of it like Monstro II, Bloat, etc.

What a cocktease to showcase an item that we've seen multiple times in streams from Tyrone, Danielle and Ed. Endgame synergies is nifty to see. For the Lung + Soy Milk clip, he also has My Reflection. During the Ipecac clip we see that secret rooms can now spawn with beggars. And the mushrooms appear to always drop a pill when destroyed. The Tick's flavor text now makes it more clear as to why you can't get different trinkets after having picked it up. The first Unknown combination appears to be the Parasite, just a snippet from the tail end of the Ipecac clip inside the secret room after granting it to himself. The second Unknown combination makes fires appear where Ipecac exploded. However, an item that makes bombs incendiary is much more realistic as it'll have synergy with things other than just Ipecac. Also the Parasite is much easier to see in this part of the clip. I had no idea that you will get a "bonus" if you preorderd? strange way to do it. As we can't get special items or characters as that would seem to unbalance the game for everybody else? well i suppose i have to wait for a week to see what we get :)

Floating items are much easier items to make since you have more freedom instead of having to work around a character's body. Plus there's loads of floating babies in-game, it wouldn't make sense to NOT have one of those as a promo. I'll eat my socks if there isn't a floating baby promo

I've grown to really like the new basement track. It has something serious and awesome about it that the original didn't have.
