Going straight into hard mode aw yeah. Item pick ups are showing as a red question mark to me instead of whatever the item is. Is this part of hard mode?? That's CRUEL and i LOVE it

Edit: Figured out filter and screen sizing. Still, no mouse controls is a very poor show.
