Got it from a pill once, and accidentally bought the ladder because I thought it was a new item :v:

Maybe something I didn't notice triggered the other times but at the very least that first case was totally a glitch.

I think it's used for getting [sp]"The 'REAL' Platinum God"[/sp] achievement. Dunno for sure though.

So is unlocking items fairly similar to how it was in the first game, i,e Clear Womb / Hell / etc with all the characters? I miss ????. He was cool. Just curious how you're supposed to get the D6 without Dead babby

In hard mode, key and heart drops are rarer; colored enemies are common. It's so exiting that people are still looking for stuff like The Lost. Usually, games are completely unraveled withing hours of release.

Feels a bit like playing something like Dark Souls on launch. No one has any idea what's going on and we're frantically searching. I love community gaming.

I've played about 6 hours and beat mom this is my only achievement :( I unlocked everyone 'cept phil fish hat man

Because obviously when you go looking for information on the final boss of a game you don't want to spoil any plot points or anything.

I managed to get Bunker Boy, Dark Boy, and Mama's Boy in the same run with Brimstone and Tammy's Head. It's funny how lucky I got seeing as how I never got those achievements in the original.

So, any item that gives you stampy (I,e one of the star signs, Thunder Thighs) is super broken. The amount of secret items / keys / bombs you pick up isn't any where near balanced. I found a magic mushroom just then.

Bandage Girl is the "princess in the castle" that Meat Boy is trying to save from Dr. Fetus. Has anyone actually got a third/fourth level Bandage Girl yet?

Welp, I just fought the new final boss and I kinda was surprised on who it was, I won't say who because you guys need to find out for yourself! (Even though you'll end up googling it or actually finding out who it is yourself.)

Well, got Tammy's Head as Azazel. Whenever people start speedrunning, I'm sure the WR run is going to have that :v:

Soooo findings [sp]Halgazar is a purple stone single use Q pickup. On use, it destroys everything onscreen - enemies, rocks, and objects included. It's an anytime nuke/panic button. Unlocked by beating Pitch Black challenge, btw[/sp] [sp]Mom's Toenail (trinket item) Shows ??? underneath. Randomly causes a Dismembered (muscle and bone visible on leg) Mom's Foot to smash down. Got it from a random nonchampion knight.[/sp]

Holy hell, Mom's heart is like a SHMUP boss now, this is insane! Beat her anyway. Didn't get Judas though, so wonder how that's done.

Anyone else feels that Mega Fatty's extremelly fast jump is a bug, considering that it does a much slower jump once in a while? Same with the Lumps in the Womb. In BoI, they pop out, wait a second and shoot projectiles. In Rebirth, they attack the moment they pop out, it's frustrating.

So I recently learned you can destroy the blue fires, [sp]you gotta use bombs on them.[/sp] Sure as hell made me kinda annoyed, all those red chests I left because I thought those fires were immortal.

Do win streaks actually unlock anything, or are they just to remind you that you suck? Do completing challenges unlock new items, or just achievements?
