Then it's pretty hard to not get hit. Just watch where you are and move through the shots.

Not to mention that there are a ton of seeds that are defunct. You'll just get an error sound instead of being able to play them.

Found an interesting bug, if you have that thing that lets you carry 2 pills, Deck of Cards will give you pills.

Picking splash damage item if you have Ipecac is NOT a good idea

Would've gotten the no-damage achievements for womb/utero and sheol had I not shot myself by bouncing them off the walls.

It works similarly if you get an Angel room and you go to the Cathedral (although people have reported on this being buggy and sending them to Sheol instead).

Old mom's voice was all "there's gonna be a beating boy and you better like it!", new mom is like "I-Isaac if you do that one, well okay maybe two more times there's no sprinkles on your dessert..."

New mom voice isn't terrifying like the old one, just annoying.

Been having a lot of fun with this. Every run is just so much different than the last. What does it mean when it says something has appeared in the dungeon though?

An item however, means that you unlocked the item in the pool of possible items you can run into on your playthroughs.

I entered this crazy room as where I could pick out of four items, then I had to do like 20 bosses in a row holy fuck. Also jesus christ mom's heart is bullet hell now, impossible to do with the nine lives cat follower thing.

Had a crazy run, all my first items were either All Stats up or Increased rate of fire / tears up. Got homing tears, Wub Wub worm, splash damage and there were tears flying everywhere. Got Soul Sacrifice to get heaps of health and was flying through. Then, in one of those dice rooms I became 'lord of the flies' and got wings, a few familiars and charge shot (which fucked my huge rate of fire). Bit disappointing but still ended up winning. One familiar ended up being bad for me though, he kept eating dropped hearts and turning them into soul hearts... But I had no room for soul hearts. So I had to race him for regular hearts whenever I could. N2PD PRVE For anyone who wants to try. Oh I also beat that crazy 20-boss room on my first go. Had Polyphemus and piercing shots plus a bunch of other tear upgrades, I was basically firing streams of giant red arrows that just wrecked everything.

Is it normal that the smart fly basically tears apart everything in her path?

Sorry I'm asking so many questions, but whats the shop upgrades do? I'm guessing it decreases prices / adds more items to the pool but not sure

I had a run with a really sick item build but ended up getting a tarot card stuck in a pile of that red poo that hurts you and died trying to get it out. I was killing bosses in mere second with the build and everything, but got thwarted by some poo.

If you guys ever come across a [sp]blue cross with beams of light coming off of it[/sp], you shall be briefly blessed with an easy X Boy run. [sp]The thing acts as a 1-hit shield that respawns every room[/sp], pair it with some solid damage output and you're golden. I had a run with that, perfume, brimstone, and krampus's head. Everything died before I could identify what I was even shooting at. Sadly didn't get Mama's Boy because I got hit by the brimstone attack that Mom's Heart has at the end of the fight.

Dohohoho I got Mom's Knife + Brimstone on that special [sp]BASE MENT[/sp] seed
