I just had a great run I shit you not, I must've had atleast 20 soul hearts by the time I finished the game Book of Revelations and Habit are really good together, and I might as well add that I didn't get hit for the entire 2 wombs

I love fighting the Fallen when I have a Wheel of Fortune card. I re-fought him 5 times until it turned into a Fortune Teller Machine, getting tons of free Devil items. Later in the same run, I was milking a devil beggar for all he was worth. He gave me the Poop. I don't think the game wants me exploiting anymore.

The sacred heart is so unbelievably rare, i've found it maybe once ever. Just why?

Never gotten sacred heart. Polyphemus probably once or so. Anybody else's items bugged since a couple of weeks ago? I've gotten a few items I'm not supposed to own. My friend got randomly all unlocks and maximum progress. Apparently there's no way to regain previous progress either.

Edmund showed up during a BoI race stream. Of the things he said, the notable things include... Early 2014 is likely. Gamepad support and key binding. Probably not gonna be for 3ds unless Nintendo changes their mind.

My last run consisted of Mom's Contact and Mulligan. I got lucky since I was Judas. The run before that had Spoon Bender and Fetus in a Jar because I abused the D6 in combination with the Habit. Another thing to note. Most passive items are considered "upgrades," once you have a certain amount of upgrades, the game has a much higher chance of tossing other upgrade items when it rolls to try to give you something; this makes it more likely to get spacebar items lategame, as you're likely to have several upgrades by then. Basically, don't pick things up if you don't think they're going to be too useful to your build.

I just died 3 times in a row to the most stupid reasons. Then I started again, spawned with the item room right next to me. Got Dr Fetus. [editline]11th June 2013[/editline] Just completed the Cathedral with Cain, I only had about 3 items; The Dove, Dr Fetus and Book of Belial. I also had the Ankh but never used it, had half a heart out of my maximum of 2 when I entered the final boss though :v I did use like 10 pills though, giving me like 10 soul hearts and a bunch of extra stats, which was nice.

Just found Fate for the very first time ever, surprised the hell out of me

Fate? I forget which boss that was.
