Over the course of 2 hours, I played the Basement 67 times using the BASEMENT seed to get every possible item that I had unlocked so far. Here are the results. The idea that Satan has nothing to offer to you but breakfast is hilarious.

How the hell do you beat the "Bean" challenge? Not having tears or any sort of ranged attack at all REALLY sucks ass. I mean, I could try and hope for a 6 die room and get another build, but goddamn this is more infuriating than Head Trauma was. I mean, with that all you needed was 1 shot speed up item and Woosh, and you were set.

The first three require beating The Lamb, Mega Satan and ??? with The Lost, and then Godhead unlocks. Not worth it at all in my opinion.[/sp]

Nobody would have ever figured out how to unlock said character without diving into the coding or working together with others. And if the entire internet did decide to respect Edmunds wishes and not say anything, who knows how long it'd take before someone finally did unlock The Lost. I understand not spoiling things like the final bosses, but if you're going to go around looking at websites that spoil things or watch streams of people playing the game, prepare to be spoiled without warning.

[/sp] only then will you unlock a not worth it character with what sounds like very meh items.

It's almost insulting how he's unlocked. Why couldn't it be something more skill based instead of an out-of-nowhere obscure puzzle?

i hate myself. i was playing samson (why play anyone but) and had the humble bundle item [sp](makes 2 of each item)[/sp] and the devil item which has a chance at giving you items every time you take damage. needless to say i ended up with like 8 heart drops laying around on sheol before the boss room. so i decided i'd make it super fun and see what crazy shit i could pull by just damaging myself in a spike room and healing up. i damaged myself down to one heart (should mention i had 10 heart containers at the time) and then proceeded to leave the room. i forgot there was red poop right outside the door

Getting to Sheol with Azazel then committing to dying is gonna be the hardest part

I got to womb 2 in just under 13 minutes just now before I got corner trapped by eye lasers and brains and died.

Azazael is probably one of the easier parts of the required steps. Honestly the first part could be the hardest, dying to a Muliboom as Isaac is just RNG heavy and could take multiple basement/cellar trips before you can actually start the rest of the chain.

Had to kite it around the room until I could run into a fly without it dying during my I-frames so I'd be at half a heart.

Heart Kill #5. Thinking about all the times I have to beat the game with all characters. All the challenges. My god man.
