I'm having the same problem especially in the bomb defusing missions. Fuck those.
I stopped caring about stealth when I realized everything can be solved with a helicopter and a grenade launcher :v:
Where do I even do the Hurk missions? I haven't seen dick all from him since the cutscene at the start of the game and I'm on 29/32 missions right now

This game is pretty fun so far, really really wish I got it on pc instead of ps4 though because aiming with a controller feels like a massive handicap and I can't hit fucking shit with it
I haven't been able to play much because of the performance issues, though how much does the game enter the more drug-like and trippy/crazy territory? Is it more than far cry 3 did?

you unlock a couple of signature weapons by collecting a certain amount of some things

When I was collecting all the masks, I was having trouble finding the last one, and I thought that I'd have to go to sleep in a safehouse and then I'd be woken up by the mask man who'd discuss stuff with me and it'd be all cool and shit.
Though eventually I found it on my minimap and then I was extremely disappointed when I got unlimited guns for hire tokens.

Why would they waste a perfect DLC opportunity by having him appear in the base game?

I have used guns for hire as much as the bed
aka not a single fucking time
I like doing my missions stealthily. Guns for Hire is basically like calling the short bus in to destroy your cover
guns for hire are completely pointless. the upgrades dont do shit (i thought it would make them into like a heavy unit which would have been badass).
I had some weird shit happen with a copter going upside down, I'll put up a vid tomorrow when I'll get to my proper computer
I only call the guns for hire when bait doesn't work, just let the idiots get shot down and snipe all the baddies from a safe position while they are distracted
Or get the buzzsaw and ride an elephant into the base and kill everybody in there without even emptying the clip, that gun is badass

I used a gun for hire token once because things had "gotten out of control" aka a million fucking karma missions had stacked up and random patrols kept showing up and 2 pagan mihn convoys blundered into me on top of a fucking tiger, a dhole pack and a god damn eagle.
I honestly wish I never called in for help and just got eaten by as tiger. The fucking retard gun for hire shows up and NEVER stops shouting 'GO GO GO' even after everything is dead.
Oh on a small side note, does anyone think that the stupid 'gun victory dance' the good guys do at the end of a fight is WAY too excessive?
I can understand firing a few rounds off into the air in celebration, but fucking swinging the gun around like a drunk version of the lightsaber kid while going full auto is all kinds of retarded.
I just kill them outright if they do that stupid animation.

i use the guns for hire quite a lot, it's kinda integral to my "idiot's stealth" style of gameplay where i use my binoculars to get a rebel to alert every enemy in a camp and then make him run around in circles with go to commands while i play the benny hill theme and find a mortar launcher/start chaining takedowns on dudes

Above file also contains a "fix" for mouse acceleration , fix as in its much more beareable now but there is still some sort of "smoothing" going on

Search the fix involving unpacking and packing game resources. Solves all mouse issues
