I want some sort of deathrun missions, having to escape a collapsing asteroid before the time runs out, and tons of parkour sections

I'm hankering to try and play 'Hard mode' Warframe. Worst frame (Unsure on this one... Any suggestions?), Worst Primary (Burston? Something else?), Worst melee (Pangolin sword?). See how much of a difference it makes. Cause ol' Rhino with a potato'd Gorgon, akimbo Broncos and a tri-element Fragor is already semi-easy street.

Just started and have no idea how to play with people. It's 2 in the morning and I worked all day help please
Add them as your friend, do invite mode, then pick a mission. (You click the big blue ONLINE button to change modes)
Also I constantly use switch TP on my team for no raison so long as there's extra energy lying around.

I have just been running solo.
My first level ended mid way through when the other person left or something and the game tried host migrating and just exited the level. I said never again.

I don't get why the devs are pushing the ninja theme when the missions always devolve into 4 neon robots in clashing colours filling corridors with lead in order to proceed.

Depends on your definition of 'people'. Friend? Find out their in-game names, go to contacts and enter their name in the (Hopefully) obvious margin.
Random people? If you see a little 'person' icon next to a node on the map, it means there are people you can join (Or.. something like that.), as long as that big thing in the middle part of the top of your screen on the menu says 'Public' you'll (Usually) join up with them.

Just don't leave spare energy lying around :P (pretty much only happens during defense missions)
Alright, figured it out and it was pretty fun. Played a match with one other guy but we both didn't use any abilities because I didn't know how to equip mine and guessing he didn't either. Still pretty fun!

you do know everything can be looted by everybody now right? it's not like it was during closed beta where ammo and orbs were first come first serve.
You need to rank up your warframe before you can equip abilities.
They're equipped under arsenal and then the wrench on the left under your warframe.
Weapons have mods too (all abilities are mods).
The depth in the mod/polarity system is awesome but ill explained, as you'll discover :)

What BeardyDuck is saying is that your teammates can pick up the energy orbs, but it will still be there for you as well, since everyone gets an instance of that orb to pick up. One person picking up an orb won't remove it for the others.
