How is Volt bad? He has one one of the best room clearing ulties in the game. One button clears the next four rooms.
So I heard that Nyx has been nerf to uselessness. Could anyone explain to me how? It's one of my two warframes, since I mistakenly never bothered to make anything else but weapons.

He was nerfed and electric is the worst of the four elements. Banshee is the top room clearer with her 4.

Her range isn't nearly as long. Volt still wrecks Corpus and Grinner and killing Infected Ancients after a Volt ultie isn't a big deal.
My banshee is cooking jajajaja. Happy days.
What's the frame tiers?

There really aren't any except Rhino. He sucks.
A lot.
E: Seriously, it's a co-op game. Don't start this tier crap. 90% of it is personal preference.

Rhinos not bad, hes just not great.
Rhinos not bad, hes just not great.
He is easily the most useless frame right now. He doesn't have tank anymore, his abilities don't do any comparable damage to other frames and his ultie is awful. Even when he could tank, the two previous points were still true.

Well, Vauban, Banshee, Trinity and Frost and top tier for defense missions.
Two Vauban, one Trinity and a Frost/Banshee can go to wave 50 on Xini. Drop the banshee and keep the frost and they can hit pretty high on OT too.

But hes not bad...
unlike volt
heheheheee
implying there are no tiers
ahahahahaa
oh wow
I started building my banshee helmet, now the foundry says it's a banshee chassis.
I already have a chassis built. Will it pop out as a helmet or chassis?
I'm scared, hold me.
Can I get a clan invite? my IGN is ilikebooty.
done!
I am still NanoSquid in-game thx <333
User already in a guild! Clear out other invites / leave your current clan
I hope this game eventually adds a railgun. I'd like an OP sniper that does a ton of damage and goes straight through enemies at the cost of having a long charge time and being impractical in combat
Lanka? more or less..
Holy fuck, Volt's abilities tab on the wiki is awful. I don't think there is someone with less information on it...

Also, 3/4 of volt's abilities are actually useful and powerful.
The dark souls reference. Holy shit that's it.
What if the Stalker was a first generation prototype of a defense mechanism by the Infested to copy Warframe attributes and abilities? What if they had a whole line of them, corrupted Volts, Banshees, and Frosts that could invade missions at random and use their abilities?
[editline]4th June 2013[/editline]
And took on the names and weapons of people who had run that mission or died on it.
I love the stalker, is he a rogue tenno or?? the lore and story possibilities are really awesome
whatever they do, it will be cool when they start to flesh out the setting and storyline

My favorite lore nugget thus far has been the glaive's description that it was used by the "first Tenno"
The main character and wielder of a glaive in the Dark Sector game? Named Hayden Tenno.

The shoulder armor symbol.
Well I'm no lore expert but while some tenno swore allegiance to the lotus who saved them, not all of them do- some rather be mercenaries and hired assassins on steroids.
The stalker is then a rogue bounty hunter tenno.

"Are you invading"
Best line in the whole vid there.
Would be nice to encounter different types of Stalkers, each having a different entry and being of another combat class type.
Like a rhino with a giant hammer, who instead of causing the lights to flicker, just rushes at you from behind a corner, never saying a word.
Or an Ember type who causes everything to burn, also causing a "rounds combusting everywhere" level.
Or a Loki type who you first see as one of your teammates and before he does that he causes trouble, by locking the doors, luring enemies, breaking the windows on a ship.
Phew. Did a void key with some friends, but the game crashed halfway into it, thought it was going to be a waste of a key, turns out I still have it.
And for the 9th day in a damn row, I've got XP for my Cronus... :suicide:
you know what this game needs more of? running gun battles. you got all these sick flips and wallruns and shit, but most of the time there's not much reason to use them in a fight - but if there were a boss or a tileset that forced you to stay on the move, it would get the desired effect quite nicely. the Orokin Void kind of has something like this with all its lasers and moving bits, so if you just took that up to eleven and put in even more environmental hazards i think it would make for some really cool, really hectic firefights.
I still need to wait 3 days for my Ash to finish building, I've never had a chance to fight a stalker despite the countless times I've played with the warframes that attract him. There was one game where a guy said "Oh shit, Stalker" but then a few seconds later he said "nvm, killed him already" so I've never actually seen one in game
Was that you who joined me when I got attacked? Because what I did was to gain height to avoid arrows and then I just shot him in the face until he went down

ever played mirror's edge? in it, dudes are parkouring everywhere, delivering illegal stuff, and the police can't stop them because they just parkour away. so the cops come up with this super evil plan to train police dudes to do parkour, and after half a game of easily evading cops, you get these guys who can do all your moves and chase you easily
so what i was thinking - rare special units as fast as you that can do wallrunning like you, and they're about as powerful as a heavy unit, so there's always a intense chase when they find you
would be hard to write the a.i for, but it'd be a better way for enemies to counter the tenno speed advantage than "KNOCKBACK ERRYDAY"

Gotta love Loki's decoy and switch teleport, I can get stuck everywhere and fall off from the map whenever I want.
Also shoving decoy between two crates in defence mission is best way to keep foes in a huge pile doing nothing.

This would be pretty good, but it would need a far, far tighter wallrunning and dodging system to make it work and actually be fun (rather than frustrating). I wonder if DE could be convinced to implement invulnerability frames?
Also, there is something I've been wondering about wallrunning for a while; when the rest of you land after doing a wallrun, do you keep sprinting if you have shift held down?
also whoah i just discovered that you can do a backflip if you double tap shift while aiming and walking backwards
also whoah i just discovered that you can do a backflip if you double tap shift while aiming and walking backwards

also whoah i just discovered that you can do a backflip if you double tap shift while aiming and walking backwards
You only have to tap it once, actually.
Also, you can side roll using the same method.
also whoah i just discovered that you can do a backflip if you double tap shift while aiming and walking backwards
Just pressing once should do the trick.
