i like the hoof thing going on, but the rest of her design is all that icky grineer aesthetic.

Looks like she is part whale, part egg, part robot.
Looks better than the most recent frames, fames like vauban and saryn just look like the designers yelled "put more stuff on it!"
I'm probably in the minority that just hates nearly all of the frames in terms of aesthetics. Its just not really my style. Same with the weapons, stuff like the Boltor just looks really dumb to me. I actually like the Grineer armor and weapons more. v:v:v
I just like armor more than "second-skin" organic looking sorta things.

Explosions, I hope for. In fact, her ultimate should really be just a giant matter-anti-antimatter explosion.
I'm hoping for a useful ulti that isn't "a bunch of damage in a huge area"

The nerf was that his iron skin now has a damage threshold as well as a duration, so he's not completely invulnerable while using it. Other than that he's unchanged.
He is good fun though, when fully upgraded his iron skin is still good enough to tank and his charge does lots of damage for very little energy cost.
His stomp doesn't do much damage but it stuns absolutely anything, even bosses, whereas most ultimates do a lot of damage but not enough to kill large enemies. It's good for buying yourself some time.

When antimatter comes in contact with normal matter, all particles involved are annihilated releasing energy equal to their combined mass.
To put this into perspective: The energy released from a spoonful of antimatter annihilating matter is enough to destroy a city and leave a considerable amount of rogue subatomic particles to fuck with other stuff via alpha and beta radiation, potentially triggering multiple nuclear explosions in the process.

Fellow I was playing with today, had an ability that lifted enemies in a certain range a foot or two up, and killed them after a second or two. And these were level 40 mobs. Can anyone enlighten me to which Frame has that ability. Is it the Vauban? As I know that has some Vortex type stuff.

Iron skin isn't good enough to tank anymore, unless you're talking about the low level stuff which can be tanked regardless of Iron Skin or not if you have half a brain. In the high level planets though, Iron Skin might as well not exist, that 800 damage absorb will go down in a second.
