It does slightly less DPS. It's not really a problem. I still potato'd mine after the change.

I wouldn't say it's worse.
The Vandal has a higher crit chance (7.5 vs 5), better accuracy (33 vs 28), and comes with a v polarity slot.
I bought the second most expensive founders pack for this damn game and I havent played it since it came out of closed beta, I really need to start playing again.

I love mine. About 900 Shields, and 750-800 health and 250 Energy for skills, combined with a Tater'd Gorgon and Bronco, with a Fragor. Endless fun and tanking.

It's karmic payback for getting all the frost prime parts and the latron prime receiver that I needed within 5 tier III runs, I guess. I've been doing Ruk for the purpose of getting the Ember systems that I lost to a crash before, and he fucking won't give those up either :v:
So... I'm sitting on 225 plat, which of the 225 platinum frames would you guys recommend if any? (Nyx, Saryn, Ember, Banshee, Trinity)
As it stands I've heard a lot of good things about Trinity, but I don't know if I'd want to play as her. Nyx is my favorite [I]looking [/I]frame, and mind control/chaos looks like a blast, but I am questioning her effectiveness outside of defense missions. Saryn also looks pretty fun. Banshee I don't really care for. And Ember interests me, but I don't know anything about her.
Volt also looks like he has some really great well-rounded abilities, [I]and [/I]he's cheap so I am also considering him even though I think he looks ugly :v:

You really shouldn't buy frames. There's no sense of accomplishment for just buying one.
( Unless you're getting somebody like Vauban who you can't get normally atm. That's what I did.)
If you are going to buy a frame, Banshee and Trinity are the only useful ones on the list.
I understand that, and I intend to build the rest I end up wanting, but I don't wanna let the platinum I have go to waste.
And its a shame to hear that, Banshee and Trinity where the two I was least interested in v:v:v

As much as I enjoy the Kunai, I still can't help but feel that the Sicarus doesn't get any love. If you can get dual full auto weapons with dual Viper, why can't there be dual Sicarus?

Looking at them I think Null Star, Antimatter Drop, Wormhole and Molecular Prime would probably make the frame the least similar to any of the others. Kinda disappointing that so many of the suggestions are just reskinned versions of existing powers.
