This is why I think resource drops shouldn't be based on planet, but on enemy type.

Yeah, I find it weird that the J3-Golem drops Neural Sensors, but Vay Hek drops Neurodes. The drops really should be based on enemy type.
So, I've been playing an hour or two (Because I seem to lack a sense of time), and as Excalibur. I haven't had this much fun since I first played Mass Effect.
Just finished my first assassination assignment with the usual default stuff, and I wondered, 'what's the next easiest frame?', overall its just to give me something to work towards.

i'd say rhino, powerful, fun, and useful abilities, plus his blueprints drop from a fairly early-game boss

My Rhino is rank 15 now, and potato'd, but I find all his abilities rather lackluster. Except for Iron Skin. It's max rank, and I have a 40% power duration mod added. Together with Flow, I can chain it indefinitely, making all bosses/levels piss-easy, especially the Stalker.
oh my goodness, the stealth kill for the dual axes on corpus crewmen is amazing.
You leap on them, piggyback them, grab their big dumb trashcan helmet, then stick both your axes in their throat.
It was kinda ruined by the Crewman I tried this on immediately running for an alarm console when I was done, but oh well.

I fully leveled Rhino charge is pretty damn good as well, and Rhino stomp can be pretty useful for stopping a horde in their tracks. (it also works on bosses)
I'm thinking that the reason a lot of people go for the earlier warframes is due to how stupid boss fights get later on. They're not difficult, just time consuming. If both our fight with the Hyena, and Vay Hek take all of our ammo, and then also four max-level players slashing him with swords (And taking next to no damage) for around ten minutes, something is wrong. They have UNGODLY amounts of health.

Not really? I mean Jackal I can just stand under him and spin with my scindo and he'll barely be able to stand for more than a second at most. Vay Hek just needs a gun with max pierce and a large ammo pool. And a Melee weapon with max pierce.

I already have a potato on volt, and I got a potato from the login rewards which i'm putting on ember.
And I doubt i'm going to be getting any more warframes anytime soon, so I sold it.

You can never have enough Tater BPs, especially not when it only sells for 2500 credits and is only available via alerts and plat.
Hell, I save BPs of anything, whether I need it or not, because who knows if I'm going to end up wanting to get the rest of the parts for the frame, or maybe trading will end up being introduced and I can save some people some grinding.
