Strange. I'm pretty sure the game won't show you any matches with a ping too high. Perhaps it's a bad time in your timezone?
It's a known issue that matchmaking isn't working quite right. Steam will say several thousand people are online but only a few individual missions will have 1 squad on them, and when you click to join it automatically says there are no squads there.

That shouldn't really be a problem though, I pretty much get <100 ping in most euro servers.

So farming Nyx blue prints is more trouble the I imagined. Phorid is fairly hard to solo.

With a beefy frame and a fire hek, it gets a bit easier.
I wonder how hard or impossible would it be to get these models ripped and rigged for SFM purposes for example.

Me and fanten where trying Kogake and he was playing Trinity, then we thought:
"Wonder what happens when I kick you while you are using Link"
So he linked on to a poor Grineer and I kicked fanten in the ass and the grineer got ragdoll'd and lost equivalent damage as if I would have kicked HIM instead of fanten, we also tried with gorgon which also worked.
Tl;dr: Trinity confirmed for voodoo doll.
