I tried to decipher and while I couldn't really make out the first word, but the second is Mark A, so I assume the first is Braton even though it doesn't quite look like it, which makes sense because its the same model and texture as the starter braton.
Not that it matters AT ALL I guess, I was just super fucking bored and found it odd. It was probably just an old model that they were going to use for the Corpus and decided to use the Dera instead.

Before, everyone were using bratons, even the corpus.
I guess the lore conflicts with the model. The braton, or at least its model, is a sort of "signature weapon" which everyone starts out with, but you're supposed to start with tenno-made weapons, which may have caused the writing error.
There is also the theory that lotus was actually corpus before she woke the tenno.

Lotus seems more like an AI than an actual person.
Lotus is an organization, isn't it?

Maybe "lotus" is its artificial satisfaction response and because it was the first thing she mentions about herself, the tenno just took to calling her "lotus".

For now basing the lore off the lines is really bad because half the lines were done before the character idea was made concrete. So that line could have been said in third person to reference more backstory, but in some other lines she refers to herself as I like "I'm picking up bio signatures..."

The message is probably brought from the sensor/AI which is picking up bio signatures and lotus is the main entity/artificial hive mind that all the sensors and AIs are connected to.

Didn't they say that that they're going to re-record Lotus' lines? (Less "Its the grineer", saying ship is in lockdown when you're on planet/asteroid, different tones due to different recording session)
Maybe they'll use PS4 Trailer Lotus as the voice. Fits the AI part and shows that Lotus is part of something bigger, maybe an order/sect/faction (See Braton/Lato Vandal).

In this match I managed to get long awaited (since this morning) Serration + Banshee Helmet, that I tried farming since I came back to Warframe (yesterday morning).
Now, back to Venus Spy missions for last Banshee item.

Close beta weapons have weird name-faction.
Latron is a Tenno weapon but its name follows Corpus naming convention (Braton, Burston, Snipetron)
Strun and Boar look like Corpus weaponry in design, but Boar sounds like a Grineer weapon (Gorgon, also Kraken and Viper in open beta).
Are bows worthwhile weapons or should I take for an example Latron instead?

Okay, something fucked up just happened to me. I was running M Prime on solo to farm Ferrite, when my gun started firing randomly, without me clicking. I thought my mouse was fucked up, so I took a look at it, but it was perfectly fine. So I went back to playing, remedying it by just mashing E to melee, but then things got really fucked up. I shit you not, my character started moving on his own, sprinting, and crouching while I tried to fight off whatever was happening. Then, somehow, my chat opened on its own and started typing. I held down the backspace key so that who or whatever was causing this couldn't write anything. But then after that my T key stopped working. I quit the game and rebooted my computer, and everything is fine now. I wish I had been recording so I had proof, but I swear to god this all happened.
