Enemies that had had elemental immunities now take regular damage, with multiplied damage for weaknesses (fire and electricity).
Oh so that's why I did no damage to Kril after I put some elemental mods on.
And Dera doesn't fire energy-flavoured plasma, it's still generic blue balls

Mind control isn't recolored but Chaos is.
I have tested the color customization for abilities on all my frames, this is what I have found out:
[U]Nyx[/U] - Pink
Mind control - The initial effect is supported, but the enemy will glow green while under the effect.
Bolts - Supported.
Chaos - Supported, decoys on the enemies will also glow with this color.
Absorb - Supported.
[U]Vauban[/U] - Orange (although, in-game it showed up as red)
Tesla - The balls glow blue, but the shocking effect is customizable.
Bounce pad - Supported.
Bastelle - Supported, the ball glowed red and the cage effect was affected too.
Vortex - Not supported, still had a blue effect.
[U]Ash[/U] - Pink (the smoke on his arm is also customizable)
Shuriken - Supported.
Smoke screen - Supported, the smoke is colored and you will now glow in the color you picked (say goodbye to being invisible in PvP)
Teleport - Supported, the smoke is affected.
Bladestorm - Supported, same as above.
[U]Banshee[/U] - Pink
Sonic boom - Supported.
Sonar - Supported, not tested on enemes, but the initial effect was pink.
Silence - Supported, same as above.
Sound quake - Supported.
Volt's shock skill is also supported, as I saw in action by another player in a red color. I was also affected by his speed, which showed up with a blue trail.
I hope this means my snow globe will be pink.

A permanent 1200 buff to his EHP for all damage (which can be further increased through mods) and a new 50% buff to all your weapon's damage (which can be further increased through mods) is weak? He basically had all his skills buffed, then added a new one (since none were removed - two were combined).
And let me tell you, a 50% DPS buff to all your weapons is substantial (it's for the entire team too).

Also, I don't know if anyone caught this, but, elemental immunities no longer exist. That's a buff to volt more than anything.

I just tested the colours for Vauban and Vortex was supported.
Oh my God, with the new Rhino buff he can now have a permanent diamond look to him. Rhino for most fabulous warframe 2013.

An Ember with maxed power mods can have a range almost as large as Volt can (ie. the entire fucking map). Problem being that getting those mods maxed is pretty fucking difficult considering they're all rares. Focus, Continuity, and Stretch all increase the range last I checked (the same goes for Volt).

This is one of my favorite updates for entire game so far. So much stuff, both needed and not needed (wanted).
Oh dear God, I just ran my Rhino for a few missions, and is he broken as all hell now. I literally just put my shield up once at the start of the mission and didn't take a single point of damage for the rest of the mission's entirety.
Also, it seems bugged ATM where your teammate can actually wear down the armor for some odd reason. So don't let your friends shoot you or it will go off quickly.

I forgot to check, but the sphere either is open by default or the button in the center of the room opens them. they only stay open for a few seconds after pushing the button, so get a partner to shoot as many storage crates as you can before they close.

Actually I think it's bugged. It was coloured properly when I was first checked as the host/solo, but when I joined another persons game, it's the original colour but also seems to be missing quite a few particles.
I want a flesh color pack. Everything looks like human skin and it's really creepy
