So to determine just how unlucky you are, count the number of blueprints you have in your inventory, and then look at that row on the chart.
For example, I have eight frost blueprints, but they're all helmets and chassis. So I look at the eighth row, second column and see that after eight drops, 11.61408321902149% of people have only two blueprints.

That happened to me once, on a full team with a mag who felt like trolling. We had to squeeze ourselves through the gap to the desired floor when we had the opportunity, or else we would get stuck in there forever.
I've noticed there being a lot more elevator bugs this update, though.

I made banshee's energy colour yellow to go with the banana feel her feet gives, it looked like gorgeous until I used 4. Then it looked like moses agitating waves of piss.
