Yep, if you log into their website, under account management, you can have them reset your account. It removes all weapons, frames, and mods, but gives you back all the platinum you've ever spent, and lets you chose a new starting frame.
Just got Frost Prime Helmet twice and the Chassis in 3 runs in a row.

Seeing as we are just over 300 members, I'm suggesting a "checkup" of people who are still playing the game, and kicking those who are inactive, and giving a chance for new people to join. Otherwise we're going to have to spend a shit ton of resources to build a "Grandest Hall" (stupid as fuck name btw) to be able to invite more people.

That is my first rifle multishot mod. Prior, I had a Flow mod, but had thought it was an Ember mod. I then realized what it was. Same thing occurred with the rifle multishot mod.

get rid of the auger mod, the tradeoff is terrible for piercing vs. mod cap. there really is no good use for it anyway, imo.

Same, though not as frequently until Update 9 hits.
