strawberryclock looked over it and gave it the ok so this is what we will most likely go with
the proviso to this is that we need to break a few things, since we need to juggle the capacity requirement when we move the great hall, but [U]the mats are returned straight to the vault[/U], so we can rebuild anything we break very quickly

we will most probably wait until the great cleansing until we build, so it's cheaper, but we might start the demolition earlier
