Buy all the sentinels, fuse mods to full level, buy consumables, throw it at poor people, etc.

I'd recommend starting whole new builds (new frame, primary, secondary, melee, sentinel). It allows you to try alternative playstyles and levels your mastery rank faster.
So I have 2 Seer prints, 4 barrels, and not a single receiver. God damn.

If you see skull near mission's name it means it is on 'Nightmare' mode.
