Every time I see the Stalker he drops nothing or Despair. I want Dread :c
I would kill for despair.
Guys, guys, guys, how do I kill the nuclear bullet sponge known to us human beings as "Raptor?"
Play as/with Frost, hide beneath invincibility bubble. I'm still holding out hope that one day DE will create a decent boss encounter.
I've noticed that the best way to beat raptor is to get him to stay under the cave while a frost puts up a shield and vauban spams the ceiling with teslas. Each time it strikes, it will always do 150 damage assuming it's maxed out. Or get a loki to switch teleport it into the room in the center, that way it can't move and vauban can spam tesla around it and kill it quickly
Banshee's sonar and a pimped out sobek can take it down ridiculously quickly. Half the time it died pretty much instantly, before it could transition into it's missile/shield phase.

What is a good way to farm affinity solo? I'm tired of doing the defense mission on Jupiter over and over again. I have earned like 20000 salvage that way. What I'm supposed to do with that, to begin with?

I'm late but, we need to change the clan emblem to this:
I'm late but, we need to change the clan emblem to this:
sure, if you wanna spend 120 plat on that be my guest you can do it in another clan though :)
After running phorid almost all week, I realized that I can actually solo it. Of course, this does usually fail when it uses the bullshit insta-kill projectile attack, but if you get close enough, it doesn't use it and you can easily kill it if you have a strong enough loadout. I even ended up setting up my entire build for it. For the frame, I use ash with focus, continuity, flow, rush, streamline and constitution. I use ash because of speed as well as being good at dealing a lot of damage both to a single target (shurikens) and a group of enemies (smoke screen, blade storm). I also use supra, because of the ridiculous dps and added serration, split chamber, fast hands and that fire rate mod as well as armor penetration and frost damage for even more damage and to slow everything I shoot down and rifle ammo converter so I don't run out of ammo. The melee weapon is usually important when fighting infested, so I use orthos with the obligatory damage and rate mod. I also use crit damage and chance mods to make it even more effective when using smoke screen. Shade is also on the team for the convenience in randomly turning invisible. The tactic is basically to run to the boss, while making sure to have 300 energy once I get there. To prevent it from using the bullshit insta-kill projectile attack, I get as close to it as possible while running around so it can't hit me. While being on the move, I empty a supra clip at it before usually getting cloaked by shade while reloading. While invisible, I do one of two things: Either I spam shurikens at it, which apparently does massive amounts of damage or I use smoke screen and melee to try clearing out the enemies if there are too many of them around. After that, I just shoot it with supra until it eventually dies. If it uses the stunlocking AoE roar thing, I will most likely get cloaked while knocked down, so that isn't too big of an issue. I know there may be easier ways to farm neurodes and plastids, but I find it convenient to get them both from one mission because they are literally all I need for lanka and the new alternative helmets.
if you dont look at the boss platform, the boss doesn't activate until you do. i run phorid as banshee like that so he doesn't insta me. for clarification, phorid only uses his instaBS spine attack when you're too far away from him.

Underwater creatures. People with an irrational fear of video game sharks are going to freak out.
Okay, what are the chances of having the stalker appear three times in one day? I was playing with my friends and the first time he killed my friend, the second time he was onto me but my friend managed to kill him, and the last time he was onto my other friend which was also killed but somehow stalker didn't disappear and instead locked onto me and my friend killed him. Pretty crazy experience for quite new players, but it's a shame he didn't drop anything.
Underwater? Not where I was placing them in my head.
Now that I think about it, they look a lot like those flying things in Xen.
Underwater creatures. People with an irrational fear of video game sharks are going to freak out.
It's not really irrational given that video game sharks are infinitely more likely to attack you than a real shark. *edit* Shark Week Page King
Are they likely to severely hurt or kill you?
Are they likely to severely hurt or kill you?
You must not have played a lot of mario 64 or banjo kazooie as a kid.
They're fish, they live in the water. Size may vary, but I am not spooked.
Those teeth look rather human. Grineer adaptation experiment gone wrong?
Oh god, I just noticed they have faces! Edit: Oh, wait, those are nostrils...
Those teeth look rather human. Grineer adaptation experiment gone wrong?
wow that's actually pretty creepy like the Infested are just kind of System Shock rejects but that's legitimately grotesque
Wow, that's actually pretty creepy. Like the Infested are just kind of System Shock rejects but that's legitimately grotesque.
Just then, a grineer marine took a bite of a burger. What kind of cow do you think was slaughtered?

I already have nyx. Anyway, I tried having killing blow, reflex coil and focus energy, which made it extremely good. I wish I polarized it, so I could go with that, crit mods, pressure point, fury and still have energy to add anything else I might need.
underwater enemies? sorry guys im gonna disband the clan good playing with you
