There are sixteen side-arms purchasable from the market alone, and the seer, despair, and then the prime bronco. Then there are the many research ones. We need more primaries that aren't obtainable only through obfuscated ways, or at least buffs to the otherwise useless ones.

Yes, but they seem to have been downplayed, especially since every new frame seems to have an ability that takes out the need to specifically target them.

There are mods which resists stun, like fortitude (found in nightmare) and steady footed (found in void).
Eh, you kinda get used to them. I've sorta blanked them out of my mind. They still need to be removed however, they're pointless and don't do any significant damage. They're just there to annoy you.

Probably certain enemy types drop certain mods and what higher level the enemy the higher chance to drop rare mods.
