Get a Paris and some Kunai or Hikou. They are easy to get and effective ninja tools that can take enemies out quickly and silently, which works great with Loki's invisibility.

So, how do I even get weapons? I got all dese planets and this forge thing that makes no sense to me and I'm just very confused.
You go to the market, buy blueprints, and then make things with resources you find in the game. The game isn't as explicit about this as it could be.

It's called Seer for a reason, you have to be one to realiably hit with this thing beyond 10 meters.

So it's like a mix of ignis and torid in a sidearm, except with extremely low range. I hope they fix that, poison damage looks useful.
Dual icor looks like it has good damage combined with armor ignoring poison damage, although I noticed that the firerate said it does not look like another dual zoren and JESUS FUCKING CHRIST THOSE COSTS!
So 10 fucking mutagen for a single weapon that doesn't even seem too good and 7 for bug spray? And both cost 2 forma, which I only have 1 of? DE is really fucking us over on this one. They even made mutagen only drop from derelict, which is even more bullshit.
Next update is corpus update and I can already see a pattern: DE makes navball coordinates for gas planets, fieldron and super-boss Alad V navballs will only drop in those missions. Then lots of new corpus research weapons are released requiring oceans of fieldron and forma.
If they choose to do everything this way I'll probably stop playing before U12.

I never had a problem aiming Seer, it replaced my old and beloved closed-beta lex since it's damage output outclasses it.

I played this game in the beta, and now it seems update 10 has come out. When I played in the beta it was really repetitive and there wasnt much to do. How much more content do you guys think there is? I might want to get into this game.
There's a lot of content but you have to grind like mad to get to most of it.
I never really bothered with the Seer, the material requirements are a little unreasonable, especially for how early you can get it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Seer have no material requirements beyond an orokin cell? You build it with parts that drop from Vor, not with resources. Granted, the drop rate on the receiver is atrocious, but the cost isn't crazy.

Hell, to be honest, it's one of the few cases I can think of where the grind is actually rewarding; get in as a new player, do a load of runs of Vor, once you've gotten all the parts you'll probably have picked up an orokin cell as well, then build the thing and get one of the best pistols in the game.

I had a much easier time with the Seer than the Miter.
and the Seer is far better than it too
The miter was a pain in the ass to build
