But Geoff more or less confirmed it during a livestream which IIRC one of our own (NanoSquid) asked the same question. Scott and Steve were also present when Geoff confirmed it and they agreed with Geoff's answer.
As far as I know, the relation between Warframe and DarkSector (for now) is more about lore and history rather than continuation of Hayden's story.

Agree, I want to see the new Sargas Ruk design.

So I've just finished Venus and reached Earth.
Enemies have become huge bullet sponges at this point, and they seem to constantly spawn (faster than I can kill them, too). With fighting being downright hopeless now, I'm just sprint-crouch-melee boosting my way through missions, straight to the objective and extraction.
What am I supposed to do at this point? I honestly don't want to repeatedly grind Mercury/Venus missions for credits, buy random blueprints, and hope to god those planets have the materials I need to build it...

Default gear (mk1 breton, lato, skana).
I intended to just stick with the default shit until I could build Paris (I have the blueprint for it).

The starting gear is cripplingly bad though, switch it out as soon as possible

The Lato seems fine tho.. None of the other sidearms seem worth it in comparison. But that's purely stat-wise, and I don't have any other weapons to judge by.
The Lato Vandal can work, but the Lato is overall pretty meh. It's outclassed by pretty much everything.
Is it even possible to craft anything with Mercury/Venus/Earth materials? All the weapons I see require stuff from other planets.
You can craft the Cronus longsword(straight upgrade from the Skana) with materials from mercury, and everything you need for a Seer can drop from Vor. None of those three planets has salvage though, which makes you miss out on a bit. I think you can buy some basic weapons from the market for credits though, it used to be that way but I've heard some people say it's changed and I haven't checked myself.

Get a braton aklato and cronus, they are really cheap and are useful.Once you reach to mars and saturn you can build anything.

There's something about his noble pose I just can't stand. I think it's because anyone that holds a weapon like that has no clue what they're doing with it, which I guess isn't that big of a deal except this guy is supposed to be a space ninja that knows what he's doing.
