Probably a stupid question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway: after building a frame you receive its relevant ability mods free, correct? I've not yet completed building a frame, and I'd really like to use all these extra mods for fusion.

I could see them being put in drop tables so dipshits who fuse three of their abilities with a Quickdraw can [I]eventually[/I] get them back, right?

You get the level 1 ability mods free and the ability mods are in the drop tables, else fusion for abilities would suck.

Yes, each warframe you craft, you receive 4 of their ability mods.

You can get them back, but you have to find them, by killing enemies or just do Infested defense missions. Seeing how Infested drop more of Warframe's abilities mod.
