Personally, I like "theming" my loadouts. Obviously I won't use something if it sucks balls, but for my eventual Ash I want the Stalker weapons because that would be awesome (wtb Hate plz). For my Exal Prime I think it would be neat to have the Braton Prime, Dakra Prime and my Lato Prime because those are "basic" weapons on the "most basic" frame. It's not the best min/maxing but it's fun.

That's why weapons are powerful when they first come out.
It's the LoL system; every champion is intentionally overpowered, so people have to pay to get them. Then, when the hero becomes available for free, they "fix" it. At least that's the theory, maybe those who buy it are just "testers" and the developers are just really bad at balance.
Please keep in mind that I've played LoL and this statement is based on the opinion of others.

I usually try to do that with my builds. For example, I used nekros, ether reaper, hikou and dread in one build I'm leveling right now as well as a build that consists of Mag prime, latron prime, dual bronco (because fuck finding bronco prime barrel, and because I used bronco in my second build, which also included mag) and orthos prime.
I've also got ember, ignis and dual heat sword in my foundry, but no fire-pistol, unfortunately.
I do have torid and acrid ready to build once I get enough salvage and saryn once I get her systems as well as dual ether waiting for me.
I also plan to use synapse (once its funded), embolist and that whip thing once it's out. Not sure what frame to use with that, though.

All connectors and hallways should be zen gardens, only rooms that have a purpose should be normal (unless DE make zen garden versions of those too).

Because it'd be too reasonable and fair if each warframe part had an equal chance to drop.
Using rhino and the kogake together on infested makes me feel like a jaeger. It's extremely damn fun to go punching my way through waves of creatures while being completely invincible.

-east wing has all the labs + extension for anything they add later
-the central corridor is zen gardens, probably something like the order shown (so you can tell straight away you are in science wing if there's water, social if there's sand etc)

Keep going, I had to do around 40 to achieve all 3 different blueprints, make sure you buy a Neural Sensors and a Control module, to build the tough parts in the foundry, I'm having trouble just getting [B]ONE[/B] module, even Nahmaa on europa isn't even giving me one yet.

I have all the mats for a Rhino, I just need 1500 more Rubedo for the weapons I want too (Hek and that new sword). Personally I know I could knock that out in a shorter time than these fucking BP's.

you'll have an easier time finding one by joining a void group in the recruit channel. They drop quite often in the void.

Don't you spawn sometimes in the barracks? Shouldn't we try to keep them relatively close to the labs so we don't have to spend 5 minutes walking every time we wanna go there?

I'd keep your gram. Higher base damage and swings faster and more adaptability because you don't have to put all your mods in charge speed.
